Depending on the large number of sports and designs of electronic scoreboard – the basic model of the Radio PDA is available in various modifications. It is functionally affected only on the number of control keys, the designations and location on the radio remote control.

The scoreboard is carried out using a radio channel (frequency 2.4 GHz based on IEEE 802.15.4 (ZigBee) standard), or using the RS485 wired industrial interface (used as a backup communication channel with the scoreboard). The transition to RS485 communication is automatically carried out when the cable is connected.

The standard of radio broadcasts applied to the scoreboard (IEEE802.15.4), as well as the automatic search for free channels, provide reliable and sustainable PD and the scoreboard.

The use of this decision is often cheaper than the cost of laying wires and is undoubtedly much more convenient to use.

Connecting a PC to control the scoreboard is performed directly to the remote control via the USB interface. This ensures the possibility of simultaneously control the scoreboard with the PD and the computer.
