The city of Yakutsk continues the VIII of the Spartakiad of Veterans of the city of Yakutsk, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Education of the YaassR, the 390th anniversary of the city of Yakutsk and the Year of Mother in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Today, on April 14, there are competitions in shackles and billiards, applications filed 12 teams from 8 districts and 4 suburbs of Yakutsk.

Yakutia has taken additional measures to support employment and social protection of the population
The head of Yakutia @aisen_nikolaev held a meeting of the operational headquarters on ensuring a stable situation in the labor market and supporting the population with low incomes.
“The country's government is taking the necessary measures to minimize the impact of Western sanctions on the population and preserve jobs. At the level of the republic, we also make targeted decisions on additional social support for citizens and the promotion of their employment,” said Aisen Nikolaev.
The head of the republic instructed to ensure the introduction of a mechanism for payments to families with low incomes for children from 8 to 16 years old inclusive. Recall that on March 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced new payments from April 1, 2022. For these purposes, 6,380.4 million rubles will be allocated, of which 5,997.6 million rubles from the federal budget, 412 million rubles from the republican.
A draft law is to be submitted to the parliament of the republic, allowing the use of 30 thousand rubles from the funds of the republican maternity capital "Family" for urgent needs. Recall that this certificate is provided in the republic at the birth of a third child.
In addition, targeted material assistance is provided for citizens with low incomes and those who lost their jobs after March 1, 2022, in the amount of half the subsistence minimum per family member, but not more than 1.5 subsistence minimum per family. The amount of social assistance on the basis of a social contract will also be increased: for doing business – up to 300 thousand rubles, for maintaining personal subsidiary plots – up to 250 thousand rubles.
In order to maintain employment of the population, the Head of Yakutia instructed to increase the retraining and training of citizens as soon as possible with subsequent employment, primarily in the construction industry. And also to ensure the organization of public works in rural areas in conjunction with the projects that are being implemented there. This includes the program "1000 Yards in the Far East", the improvement of public spaces, the nationwide movement of good deeds.

The image of the mother – the progenitor of the family and the keeper of the hearth has long been revered and protected by the Yakut people. Therefore, the work of not only designers, artists, but also historians, scientists, folk craftsmen was applied in creating the logo.”
When developing the ornament, special literature on Yakut symbolism was studied and used, including the works of Boris Fedorovich Neustroev Mandaar-Uus "Yakut ornaments", Svetlana Ivanovna Petrova "Patterns and ornaments", Alexander Innokentyevich Egorov "Charming ornament", Paraskovya Vasilievna Makarova "Kharyskhal oyuular " other.

When developing a sketch of a mother and child, a competition was held among students of AGIKI, the best works were used in the logo. Designers and artists took part in the development. The expert was Stepanova Edita Gennadievna – artist, teacher, Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
The central part of the logo project depicts a mother bowing her head to her child. She gently hugs him, and the child pulls his arms to her. This image demonstrates the inextricable bond between mother and child, symbolizes happy motherhood. In the woman's hair is pinned a Sardaan flower (in the lane, Dahurian lily), which has been revered by the Yakut people since ancient times and symbolizes the beauty of nature, happiness and prosperity. In the background of a woman with a child, there is a cruciform symbol "Durda hahha beliete" ("Symbol of protection and support"). This symbol is an ancient traditional amulet (kharyskhal), which provides protection from all four sides.
The image of a mother with a child is in the center of a circle framed by three rows of patterns. In the first, outer row, there is a pattern "taraah oyuu" ("comb pattern") – an element of a floral ornament, meaning grace, harvest. The pattern of the second row is "hoi muoha oyuu" ("ram's horn pattern"). It means the birth of a new life, development, blessing the future generation for a happy and prosperous life, protects and protects the owner. The third row consists of the “ilim harah” pattern (“fishing net cells”). This is an ancient ornament, it is also a talisman, it has protective functions. And the fourth row, closest to the center, consists of a floral ornament, symbolizing a calm life and procreation.
This logo will be used in all activities and events held in the Year of Mother throughout the country.
January 27 marks one of the significant dates in the history of our state and the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945
“The day of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the blockade of the Nazi invaders is a great tragic holiday.The blockade lasted for 872 days and in the city, which had almost 3 million inhabitants, by the end of the war there were a little more than 500 thousand people. Today we are already talking about one and a half million Leningraders who died during the war. Our sacred duty is to preserve the real history and memory of these tragic events and pass it on to the younger generations.
15 residents of besieged Leningrad currently live in the city of Yakutsk.
Due to the current situation, our veterans are forced to stay at home and really miss the events and simple human communication. Employees of the Department of Social Protection, as far as possible, try to cover everyone with attention. They constantly call, ask about health, get in touch via Skype. And all this gives our dear blockade survivors strength and energizes. It is touching to tears when they rejoice with all their hearts at every call, share their news and sincerely thank you for your attention.

65 years of marriage celebrate Victory Singer – Alexander Parfenievich and Galina Ivanovna Samsonov
The married couple of veterans of the home front Alexander Parfenievich and Galina Ivanovna Samsonov are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary today. Alexander Parfenievich and Galina Ivanovna met back in 1957, when both were studying at YSU, Alexander met the love of his life, Galina. She studied at the historical, a native Muscovite, by chance, found herself in Yakutsk.
The Samsonov couple are bright representatives of the creative intelligentsia, they have worked for many years in the field of culture and education throughout the republic. Within the framework of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a joint meeting was held with the expert and co-author of the online platform kultura.inc Maria Vadimovna Zakharova of the “Tolerance Center” at the Jewish Museum (Moscow). This platform is the first case method of teaching on the topic of inclusion in Russia. Practice-oriented learning on the platform gives a complete understanding of the rules for communicating with people with special needs. Classes improve the competence of social workers, cultural venues, volunteers and everyone who takes the first steps towards understanding the accessible environment.
The meeting was held in an online format under the slogan “we analyze and act now” and the participants got acquainted, analyzed individual illustrated cases and examples of real situations. Maria Vadimovna told how they collected material for training, shared her experience in developing the platform and future plans.
A virtual exhibition "Special Childhood" for parents of children with special educational needs has been published on the CBS website www.cbsykt.ru. The exhibition presents specialized literature on psychology, correctional pedagogy, bibliotherapeutic publications and motivational literature. Every parent will find the very book that will help give their child a happy childhood.
For young readers, an online event "Visiting a Fairy Tale" was held, where the children were told about fairy-tale characters, but in more detail they focused on two theaters of the book "Arlekino" and "On-Like".
Arlekino has been working in the library since 2011. Here the children learn to expressively read poems and texts, sing and dance, perform in front of the public, and sew theatrical costumes together with their parents. During these ten years they participated in such musical productions as "Grandfather Mazai and the Hares", "Borodino", "Moydodyr", "The Wolf and the Seven Kids" and others. And what an unforgettable joy their participation and victory in the Book Theater Festivals of municipal libraries brings them!

Lilia Nikolaevna was born on August 19, 1925. in the city of Bugulma, Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in a family of workers.In 1942 she joined the Soviet Army. Since November 18, 1942. to September 15, 1943 She served in the First Special Women's Reserve Rifle Regiment. Here Lilia Nikolaevna took courses for junior commanders, received the rank of junior sergeant.
In 1943 she was transferred to the 232nd branch of the reserve rifle regiment, enlisted in the training battalion as an assistant platoon commander in a machine gunners company, where she herself acted as a machine gun instructor. From October 1943 to May 1945 she was transferred to Moscow to the 316th Air Defense Battalion of the Pervomaisky District. Junior sergeant-fighter Koptelova was a nurse at the Bauman hospital.
After the war, she worked for 36 years, first as a carriage driver, and then as a tram driver at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. I.V. Stalin.
She moved to Yakutia to her daughter in 1990.

Lilia Mustafina was born in 1936. She found the beginning of the war in her native collective farm on the outskirts of Peterhof. Lilia Andreevna excitedly shares her memories of those difficult times when she and her mother and older sister survived the first, most terrible winter in besieged Leningrad.
Lilia Andreevna was then only four and a half years old, but she well remembers the difficult days of the siege, the fear from the howling of sirens and, of course, hunger. He remembers how they first divided the bread into small pieces, and then bread crumbs.
One of the most vivid impressions for Lilia Andreevna forever remained the departure from the besieged city. With the opening of the “Road of Life”, the family was sent to evacuation.
“I remember that day very well. Everyone was transported in an open truck. Mom and I were sitting near the very rear side. I sat on her lap, she held me tightly to her, everyone sat quietly, afraid to move, the road was very dangerous. And suddenly a sigh. The car that was driving right in front of us went under the ice along with people … But we were lucky. When they moved Ladoga, they experienced incredible joy. Everyone started crying, hugging, we were so glad that we got out alive, ”says Lilia Andreevna.
Lilia Mustafina devoted her whole life to education, having worked as a primary school teacher for more than forty years. She is an Excellent Worker of Public Education of the RSFSR, a veteran of pedagogical work. Currently, Lilia Andreevna is the chairman of the Yakut regional branch of the International Association of Public Organizations of the Siege of the Hero City of Leningrad.
