These Rules of the "Always on the Way" accumulative program (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) define the rules for participation in the loyalty program of individuals "Always on the Way" (hereinafter referred to as the Program) on the territory of the Russian Federation and are a public offer. By purchasing the Membership Card, the Member confirms the full acceptance of these Rules (public offer) and undertakes to comply with them.

The Program participant receives prizes and additional privileges for purchases at the Company's and Partners' outlets.

1. Basic terms

1.1. Program – Loyalty program for individuals “Always on the way”.
1.2. Company – OAO Primornefteprodukt or OAO Khabarovsknefteprodukt or OAO Amurnefteprodukt.
1.3. Partner – a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur that has entered into an agreement with the Company on joining the Program.
1.4. Participant – an individual who has reached the age of 18 and has entered into an agreement with the Company on joining the Program by accepting these Rules (public offer) in the manner specified above.
1.5. Member Card – a chip plastic card issued by the Company and used to identify the Participant when making transactions at the Sales outlets of the Company and Partners.
1.6. Points – conditional units of account used within the framework of the Program.
1.7. Company outlets – Filling stations of the Company under the brand name of NK "Alliance", decorated with stickers with the image of the Participant's Card, which are located in the checkout areas and on the stele.
1.8. Partner outlets – outlets of the Partners indicated on the Program Website.
1.9. Prize centers – outlets of the Company that exchange Points accumulated by the Participant for prizes.
1.10. Program website – the website of the Program located at www.vsegdapoputi.ru, www.Vsegdapoputi.rf

2. Participation

2.1. Only an individual who has reached the age of 18 can become a participant. This person will be subject to these Rules.
2.2. The Member's Card is subject to sale at a price of 149 (one hundred and forty nine) rubles at the Company's outlets.
2.3. Activation of the Member's Card for the purpose of accumulating and spending Points is carried out at the Company's Point of Sale at the time of its sale after receiving the completed Member's application form. The Participant's Questionnaire must be completed in block letters, indicating the details of an identity document (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, military ID or foreign passport) in Russian or English.
2.4. The sale of the Membership Card is made only after filling out the Membership Questionnaire and presenting an identity document.
2.5. By purchasing and using the Membership Card, the Member confirms the full acceptance of these Rules.
2.6.The Membership Card is purchased by the Member for personal use. All benefits of the Membership Card can only be used by the person specified in the Membership Form. The transfer of the Membership Card to third parties is not allowed.
2.7. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program of any Participant without notice in the following cases:
2.7.1. The Participant does not comply with these Rules;
2.7.2. There are reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent transactions related to participation in the Program are carried out through the Card.
2.8. In case of termination of participation in the Program for the above reasons, the Points accumulated by this Member are canceled due to the Member's failure to fulfill obligations and are not subject to recovery.
2.9. The Participant has the right to terminate his participation in the Program or cancel the Membership Card at any time by leaving a message in the Customer Support Service by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (toll-free) with a notice of termination of participation. Upon receipt of the notice, the Member's participation in the Program shall be terminated by the Company, and the Points accumulated by the Member shall be annulled.
2.10. Payment of taxes and fulfillment of obligations associated with participation in the Program are the responsibility of the Program Participant.
2.11. If the contact or other information specified by the Participant in the Participant's questionnaire changes, the Participant is obliged to inform the Company about it in a timely manner by filling out the Participant's questionnaire again and leaving it at the Company's outlet.
2.12. The Membership Card is valid for the duration of the Program or until any other date of termination of participation in the Program in accordance with these Rules.
2.13. The Program is valid until the calendar date specified in the additional notice posted at the Company's Sales outlets and/or on the Program Website. Such notice shall be posted at least 2 (two) months before the expiration of the Program.
2.14. In case of any questions related to participation in the Program, the Participant should contact the Customer Support Service by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (toll-free). The question will be considered within 3 (three) working days from the moment of its receipt.

3. Accumulation of Points

3.1. For the purchase of each full liter of any type of fuel at the Company's Point of Sale, the Participant is awarded Points:

  • GreenEco 95, GreenEco 98, GreenEco DT – 1 point;
  • AI-92, Ab-80, DT – 0.9 points.

3.2. In order to accrue Points for the purchase of fuel, the Member must present the Membership Card to the operator of the Company's Point of Sale before or during the purchase process, but before closing the receipt.
3.3. To accrue Points, Member Cards without visible mechanical damage are accepted.
3.4. Points are accrued when paying for fuel in cash or by bank card without using a discount / discount card.
3.5. Points from different Member Cards are not summed up.

4. Spending accumulated Points

4.1.The participant can exchange accumulated points on prizes only in the centers of issuing prizes of the geographical region, where the participant's map was acquired.
4.2. Geographic regions:

  • Khabarovsk region, including the Jewish Autonomous Region (Khabarovsknefteprodukt OJSC);
  • Primorsky Kra (OJSC "Primorynefteprodukt");
  • Amur region (Amurnefteprodukt OJSC).

– Prizes that can be obtained in all centers for issuing prizes specified in the advertising brochure and on the site.
– Prizes that can be obtained at the center of issuing prizes by leaving the application in the customer support service.
– Prizes that can be obtained at the center of issuing prizes marked sign.

4.4. The model range and appearance of prizes can change 2 (two) times during the year.
The number of points for the prize may vary 1 (one) once a year. The list of prizes and other information about the exchange of accumulated points for prizes is placed in the corners of the consumer in the company's outlets and on the program site.
4.5. The addresses of the issuance of prizes marked with green and blue pictogram are indicated in the booklet attached to the participant's card when the participant's card is acquired, as well as in the corners of the consumer in the company's retail points. Also, the addresses of the prizes issuing centers can be clarified by the client support service operator by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (free call).
4.6. The issuance of prizes occurs in the operation of the prizes issuing centers. Receipt of the prize is possible no earlier than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of purchase of the card.
4.7. To obtain a prize marked with green and blue pictogram, the participant must submit a member card to the operator of the center of issuing prizes and inform the operator about his desire to exchange accumulated points on the prize.
4.8. To obtain a prize marked with a red icon, a program participant should leave an application for the exchange of accumulated points to the prize of the client support service operator by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (free call). The deadline for obtaining the prize from the moment of appeal to the client support service is not more than 14 (fourteen) calendar days. For this period, the participant's card is blocked until the prize is to avoid force majeure situations. During the blocking period of the Participant's card, the participant is charged according to the checks. The prize of the participant is issued at the Company's gas stations, whose address is pre-stipulated with the participant.
4.9. Upon receipt of the prize from the member card, the number of points needed to issue this prize is written off.
4.10. In the case of obtaining a poor quality prize marked with a green icon, the participant can exchange it on a similar type of prize at the center of issuing prizes, where the prize was obtained. In the absence of a similar type of prize in this prizes, the participant may receive it later after its receipt in this Center for the issuance of prizes in the deadlines specified by the operator of this Center for the issuance of prizes, and also leave an application for receiving a prize from the Customer Support Service operator by phone 8- 800-200-03-43 (free call)
4.11. Points for the prize issued cannot be accrued back to the participant's card in the event of a return of the company's prize.
4.12. In the absence of the desired type of prize, the participant can choose another prize, or to obtain the desired prize later after its receipt of the prizes in the periods indicated by the operator of this center for the issuance of prizes, and also leave an application for receiving the prize at the customer support service operator by phone 8 -800-200-03-43 (free call).

5. Providing discount partners

5.1. Partners provide discount participants when shopping partners performed in the outlets in size agreed between the partner and the company. The dimensions of discounts and the conditions for their provision are indicated in the booklet attached to the participant's card when purchasing a member card, and are also posted on the program website.
5.2. To obtain a discount, the participant must notify the partner's trading operator immediately before making the purchase or receipt of the service that this purchase or purchase of the service is a transaction within the program, by presenting a participant's card on the cash terminal. The company is not responsible for the impairment of discount operations if the participant did not inform the partner's trading point operator that the transaction was carried out under the Program
5.3. The discounts provided by participants under the program are not summarized with other discounts and special proposals of the partner.
5.4. The company and partner for the joint agreement reserve the right to change the size of discounts and the conditions for their provision without prior notice to the participants. Information on these changes is posted on the website of the program.
5.5. The company is not responsible for the quality of goods and services provided by partners.

6. Blocking and restoring a member card

6.1. In the event of a loss or damage of a participant card that does not allow its further use, the participant is obliged to leave an application for blocking a member card in the client support service by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (free call) and provide the customer support service operator , similar to the one that was provided by the participant when filling out the participant's questionnaire. The participant's card will be blocked within 1 (one) working day from the date of the provision of information about loss or damage. After blocking the Member's Card, the participant acquires a new member card by filling the participant's questionnaire and presenting an identity document in the manner prescribed by Section 2 of this Regulation.
6.2. For the recovery of the participant's accumulated on the blocked map, the participant is obliged to leave a request for the restoration of points, saying the number of the new member card, the customer support service operator by phone 8-800-200-03-43 (free call).Points from a blocked Member Card are credited to a new Member Card within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, including the day the new Member Card is purchased.
6.3. In case of loss of the Membership Card, the Company shall not be liable for transactions made with such Membership Card by third parties until it is blocked.

7. Member Card Balance

7.1. A Member can check the balance of their Membership Card in the following ways:
7.1.1. Non-fiscal check when making a purchase.
7.1.2. In your personal account on the Program Website.
7.2. The balance of the Member's Card is kept for 6 (six) months from the date of the last operation on the Member's Card. After the specified period, the balance of the Member's Card is reset to zero.

8. Other terms

8.1. The Company has the right to change these Rules, the value of prizes in Points (number of Points per prize). The Company reserves the right to cancel illegally deposited Points. By continuing to use the Membership Card after changes have been made, the Member consents to the changes made by the Company.
8.2. The Company is obliged to inform the Participants about the changes made no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the date of their entry into force by posting the relevant changes on the Program Website.
8.3. The Program Participant allows the Company to process his personal data, namely (last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, postal address, work, mobile phones, e-mail address), including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing ), the use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data for conducting research aimed at improving the quality of products and services, for conducting marketing programs, statistical research, as well as for promoting goods, works, services on the market by making direct contacts with the Participant using various means of communication, including, but not limited to: mailing list, e-mail, telephone, facsimile, Internet.
8.4. Partners are not authorized to represent, make statements or give a guarantee on behalf of the Company, in addition to the relevant powers provided for in these Rules or other documents agreed with the Company. The Company assumes no obligation with respect to such representations or warranties.
8.5. The notification is considered to be made on behalf of the Company to the Participant if it is sent to the Participant’s postal or e-mail address, as well as if it is made by phone or by sms to the numbers indicated in the Participant’s Questionnaire or posted on the Program Website and in the Company’s outlets.
8.6. Participants participating in special offers and promotions of the Program should read and follow the rules of these offers and promotions, on the Program Website and in the Company's outlets.
