Mikhail Mikhailovich Supreme University – Minister of Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Support and the Development of Small Entrepreneurship of the city of Moscow.
Mikhail Mikhailovich was born on February 21, 1962. He graduated from school in 1979, he worked as an electrician at the Moscow Instrument Engineering Plant. In 1981, he moved to the Scientific and Production Association "Red Star", where the way from an electrician to an engineer passed. In 1986 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow Aviation Institute in the specialty "Organization and Regulation of Labor". In 2003 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
In 1991, he created and headed AOZT TBK "Satellite". From 1996 to 1997 Leaded the production association "BINK". Also was an advisor to the prefect of UNWAO Moscow on economics, Chairman of the Social Expert Council of UNUSAA on small business issues.
